Terms of Service

By accessing or using the InEdge Cloud platform (“Service”), operated by InEdge AI Platform Pvt. Ltd. (“InEdge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

InEdge Cloud is a cloud platform-as-a-service (PaaS) that provides managed compute, databases, storage, networking, and observability services. The Service is accessible via a web dashboard, command-line interface (CLI), and AI-native MCP interface.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or engage in phishing or social engineering
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit written authorization
• Host content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to compete directly with InEdge Cloud

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this acceptable use policy, with or without notice.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Specific service level agreements (SLAs) may apply to paid plans and will be detailed in your subscription agreement.

You retain all rights to the data you upload, store, or process through the Service (“Your Data”). We do not access, use, or share Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored on infrastructure located in India, in compliance with applicable data residency requirements.

Paid services are billed on a usage-based or subscription model as described on our Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are due on the billing date and are non-refundable unless specified in your subscription agreement.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by InEdge AI Platform Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use InEdge's trademarks, logos, or branding.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to InEdge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InEdge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the account at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
